Billing & Payment
The balance is due one week before the event. Any adjustment transactions will be applied after the event.
Additional charges must be discussed if extended service is needed. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT IF AN EVENT INCLUDES CHINA, FLATWARE & GLASSWARE SUPPLIED BY THE CUSTOMER OR BY A RENTAL COMPANY EXTRA LABOR IS NEEDED TO SET, CLEAN OR RINSE, AND HANDLE THE PRODUCT. USUALLY IT TAKES A MINIMUM OF TWO ADDITIONAL STAFF FOR EVERY 50 PEOPLE.
There is a 21% service applied to all functions for energy, administration, production, preparation and equipment. Service charge is not a gratuity or tip. Service tip is at the discretion of the client.
Additonally, a labor charge of $125.00 per employee for 2 hours of service (minimum of two staff to meet employment criterion. PLEASE NOTE: Two hours of serve represents approximately 8 hours of actual work which include travel, cooking on site, setting up for service, removal & cleanup, etc.
ChuckWagon Catering delivers to the Twin Cities and the greater metropolitan area. Delivery charges depend on mileage and the number of our vehicles needed for your event. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of the Twin Cities metro area. Ask a coordinator for delivery information on your upcoming event.
