Ken Minder, Executive Chef - Mr. Minder has worked in the Twin Cities area for more than 20 years as both a Restaurant Chef and Catering Chef. He is passionate about hospitality, and has built a great reputation in Minnesota one plate at a time.
Byron Korus, CEO/Owner - Mr. Korus worked for many years as a hotel executive chef throughout the United States. He has a doctorate degree from Hamline University and teaches courses at the School of Culinary Arts at the Art Institutes International Minnesota. He is also a certified executive chef, a certified culinary instructor, and a member of the culinary honor society of the American Academy of Chefs and the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
